It is applied to glass cone of colour kinescope product line, it is a large, exact and automatic line to transmit , convey and detect the glass cone. It is made up of cone gauge , roll belt conveyer, remove and carry  machine, and control system. With the exact detecting by gauge , we can estimate if the cone are eligible, and supply consult to outset of cone producing .The whole line is controlled by PLC controller, determined and processed by computer, and it can mark and print the result. This system can not only be used independently but also connect to the other control computers in work site.
